Traveling as Couple
This hotel had the nicest staff of any hotel I have ever stayed in. Starting with Marquie, who greeted us by name when we came and went. They could not have done more. The breakfast was huge with a nice lady to cook omelets and waffles for you. The king room we had was very spacious. The hotel was a few miles out of Atlanta but they had limo shuttle service at no charge that would take you to the train station for a quick ride into town and then come back and pick you up when you are ready. The hotel seemed to be in a very safe part of town. There was plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. Did I mention that there was free parking at the hotel. The only problem I had was that the bed was too firm for my taste. Monique, at the front desk gave me the keys to two other rooms to try but all the beds were the same so she sent up lots of big fluffy king sized pillows for me and problem solved. ...read more

Upon our arrival the whole check in process went super smooth. Plus, the hotel offered free shuttle service to Chastain. Once we arrived to our room, it was super clean and quite spacious. Needless to say my group were very satisfied. Upon leaving for Chastain our "shuttle" was a stretch Navigator! We were ecstatic! Our driver, Ben, was the coolest driver ever. Solo Traveler
This was a great place, and the location was convenient. They really did shuttle guests within 3 miles of the hotel without a wait, which was so nice. Very friendly.

Very friendly staff. Exceptionally clean room and bathroom. The room had hardwood floors- no messy carpet! Bed linens were lovely and room was decorated nice.

Excellent location for activities in the buck head area. Beautiful decor. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Minor plumbing problems.
